About the programme

From knowing to noticing.

Most people with fatigue already know the strategies. The hard part is using them in the moment. MIFM helps bridge the gap between knowing and noticing, so people recognise fatigue earlier and respond before exhaustion.

  • Developed through clinical practice, co-production, participant feedback and independent professional review.
  • IPA reviewed and acknowledged as an Emergent Mindfulness-Based Programme.
  • The eight-week MIFM online course is endorsed by the CPCAB for 16 hours of CPD.
