For organisations

For organisations.

Talks, workshops, supervision, and specialist neurorehabilitation referrals.

For NHS teams, charities, private clinics, and organisations whose people are running on empty.

Why this, now

Most workplaces are quietly carrying more fatigue than they're naming.

Compassion fatigue. Cognitive overload. Burnout. The slow erosion of attention and energy that comes from doing emotionally demanding work without enough recovery.

The talks and workshops Charles delivers aren't generic wellness. They come out of fifteen years of clinical work with people whose brains and nervous systems have been pushed past their limits, and a course that's now published as a book.

Most of what he teaches organisations comes down to one practical skill: attention. Noticing when your mind has been pulled off into the next deadline or the last difficult conversation, and bringing it back to what's actually in front of you. He calls the practice momenting. It's quick, it's trainable, and fits the working day.

Charles has a real ability to make mindfulness make sense. His approach is practical and grounded — something that can be used in the midst of a busy day or during those difficult moments when energy reserves are completely depleted.
