A typical session

What a session is like.

Most people start with a free twenty-minute call. We talk about what's going on, what you've already tried, and whether anything I offer might help. No pressure either way.

If you'd like to continue, a full session is sixty minutes. We work together — you bring what's happening for you, I bring what I've learned over fifteen years of helping people with fatigue, brain injury, and burnout.

Sessions might involve guided practices, conversation, reflection, or practical planning around your energy. Each one is different.

How I work

How I work.

My background is occupational therapy and fifteen years in NHS neurorehabilitation. My training in mindfulness has been with BAMBA-recognised teachers over many years. More recently, I've completed Internal Family Systems-informed training, which I've found especially useful for working with the parts of us that drive boom-and-bust cycles.

What that means in practice: we work with the whole of you, not just the symptom. Fatigue is usually a signal, not a fault. The work is about listening to what it's trying to say. And momenting — coming back to the moment, on purpose — runs quietly through all of it.

Who I work with

Who I see.

Who I see.

People with long-term fatigue from conditions like long COVID, ME, MS, fibromyalgia, post-concussion syndrome, chronic pain, or autoimmune conditions.

People with brain injury or stroke who are navigating cognitive fatigue. People in burnout — including clinicians, social workers, lawyers, and teachers. People who are tired in a way that hasn't shown up clearly in any blood test, but isn't going away.

Who I don't see.

People in acute mental health crisis are better supported by their GP, community mental health team, or crisis services.

People in early addiction recovery should speak with their specialist team about whether this kind of work is right at this stage.
